Shipping
Each artwork is securely packaged and dispatched via reliable tracked couriers. Most orders are processed within 5-7 business days, though larger original pieces may require additional time for crating.
Timing
Shipping varies by location, usually arriving in 2-3 weeks for global deliveries. All sales at Vigour Noir are final; no returns or exchanges are accepted under normal circumstances due to the nature of the art.
Returns
In the rare event of transit damage, email us photos within 48 hours to find a solution. If a return is authorized for damage, ensure it is safely packed for transport. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
