NIGHT VISION I

Night Vision I explores colour, movement and spontaneous expression against a deep black ground.

The work draws from the language of Abstract Expressionism, using energetic gestures, layered colour and rhythmic marks across the surface. Vibrant pigments emerge against the black canvas, creating a visual tension between darkness and explosive colour.

The composition is deliberately dynamic, allowing each mark to retain its own movement while contributing to an overall sense of energy and immediacy. The contrast between the saturated colours and the black ground gives the work an almost illuminated quality.
